Education
Scott received a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2001. Scott then attended law school at Southwestern University in Los Angeles, graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 2005.
Experience
Scott Holper has dedicated his practice to criminal defense and personal injury since the day he received his license to practice law in Nevada. Mr. Holper has experience defending the accused against all manner of criminal charges, including, but not limited to, DUI, reckless driving, speeding, hit & run, traffic violations, misdemeanor and felony drug charges, assault, fraud, bad check fraud, casino marker charges, gaming charges/violations, white collar offenses, gang related offenses, racketeering, domestic violence, any and all misdemeanor charges, prostitution, burglary, robbery, murder, kidnapping, theft, possession of stolen property, trafficking of controlled substances, grand larceny, possession of controlled substances, conspiracy to commit a crime, parole violations, and probation violations. In addition to his substantial criminal experience, Mr. Holper’s practice has always included a significant focus on all manner of personal injury and general civil litigation.

Mr. Holper is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Chicago Police Association. Mr. Holper, along with his wife Margaret, is the Ambassador Family to the March of Dimes of Southern Nevada.
